I don’t really know why you’d pre-order the book instead of waiting until it’s actually available. Maybe you just want to make sure you get it at the earliest possible moment? That’s fine with me, of course. Pre-order as many copies as you like!

Well, I know why you want to pre-order it. It’s to help Rich have a big opening day, with a zillion sales on day one, so his book will jump in the Amazon algorithms and become visible to a lot more people. You definitely should pre-order early and pre-order often.

It should be available on Apple. Don’t know if they do this pre-order thing. There will be a print version on Amazon.
